The 2010 Storytelling Competition

The wonderful winning stories have now been chosen and all brilliantly illustrate Munch the Cow and her exciting adventures. You can now download and discover them with your kids!

For the competition's second year, MUNCH BUNCH® teamed up with superstar Jamelia, as one of the judging panelists.

Jamelia, mum of two, has also given us some top storytelling tips to help bring the tales to life.

Create a relaxing atmosphere and make sure you have all the props, favourite cuddly toys and a comfy place to sit ready so there are no interruptions
Keep your story simple – have a beginning, a middle and a happy ending
Bring some routine to your bedtime stories – try to do it every day at the same time so your children get used to it
Use your children's names for the characters in your story – it will help your children to stay engaged until the end
