
Ingredients
3tbsp low fat mayonnaise
½ tsp tikka masala curry paste
1tsp mango chutney
2 cooked chicken breast, skinned and chopped
Method
- Mix together the low fat mayonnaise, curry paste and chutney. Toss in the chicken pieces and stir to coat evenly.
- Toast and open one end of a naan bread and fill with a little shredded lettuce and apricot pieces. Spoon in the coronation chicken filling. Wrap up tightly in clear film and pack up in your lunch box.
